Turn off world icons and health bars. You know those "always in front of your eyes" quest markers, bench icons, etc. You can always consult your map for a specific objective or location. You can toggle many more HUD options in the settings. And then your immersion ends up ruined because you're in a level 4 area as ol3X4Ae.
