USB and 3.5mm jack use completely different signals and protocols, so there can never exist a passive device for your task because you need to convert USB data to audio signal. The cables that do have a USB on one end and 3.5mm jack on the other end are not meant for what you need and if you try to use such a cable it has a chance of damaging griE.
